Why Is It Important To Integrate Your Blog With Your Website

Blogging is one of the many ways through which you can breathe new life into your site. Why do we tout for blog integration?

Well, if you're an optimistic marketer and you wish to attain new heights in your career, you need to constantly add a sense of freshness to your site to sustain stable traffic. Blogging not only improves your online brand presence by adding a fresh twist to your site but helps you to attain sustainable marketing results in a budget friendly manner.

Here is a brief post detailing some of the benefits that you're likely to gain upon integrate your blog with your site.

Why Is It Important To Integrate Your Blog With Your Website

Add that missing human touch to your site

Most websites are impersonal; they mainly encourage one-way communication- a feat that tends to block open communication which is necessary for successful business. It would be difficult to sustain healthy corporate links with your clients without creating an interactive platform for them to utilize alongside your site. By integrating your blog with your site, you'll create an avenue for two-way interaction and thus make your online firm (i.e your site) all rounded and complete.

Provide an open avenue to your clients to voice their opinions

Opinions, comments and testimonials are necessary for any business to thrive. Without such, it would be difficult to judge your clients experiences and expectations of you. In a nutshell, as you work towards perfecting your products and services, it is essential to create an avenue for your clients to express their views concerning what they feel should be done to better meet their needs. This will provide you with raw facts from the ground which you can use to draft a better business plan - It would be practically impossible to do this without a blog.

A Chance to present detailed facts about your products

You can take advantage of your integrated blog to inform your customers about some of your products as sometimes it may be difficult to do so via your site. An integrated blog creates an open channel through which people can find more facts about you and your products. You can as well use your blog to communicate official information from your firm in case of bad publicity or rumors.

A Fantastic avenue to launch new products

Your integrated blog can go a long way as far as launching a new product is concerned. This is typically because; a blog acts as a social extension to your site. In other words, if built and marketed well a blog can precisely play the role performed by top notch social media sites. If you own a thriving blog and you want to introduce a new brand or concept into the market why not post it there in addition to featuring it on your social media platforms?

Blog your way to the top of search results

When you integrate a blog to your site, you literary breathe human life into it. Once your site starts recording high traffic, fresh content and new comments, major search engines will gradually start recognizing its importance and thus rank it highly on searches involving your chosen keywords. Links from your blog to your site will also improve your SEO performance.

Hassle free operation

Apart from helping keep your readers focused, an integrated blog helps keep things nice and simple making it pretty easier to maintain one website for which you only have to remember one password, one domain and one username.

Simplify customer conversion

Having the blog integrated with your website simplifies your visitor to client conversion rate. It is much easier to appeal to your readers and to convert them into bona fide clients (and vice versa).

Boost the amount of searchable content

Last but definitely not least, an integrated blog helps you to boost the amount of information available on your site thus creating diversity. Diverse content-rich sites are known to rank highly on search engine results.

With a blog, you can rest assured to attain better results from your online marketing campaign. However, it is worth nothing that all these benefits are not realizable in just one day of blogging. You therefore need to roll up your sleeves in readiness for well rounded blogging and continuous input.

3 Reasons Why it's Better to Go With a Professional Blog Writer

3 Reasons Why it's Better to Go With a Professional Blog Writer
If you are looking to see better results from your business blog, you should consider hiring a professional blog writer. They will create content for your blog that can boost your incoming leads and let you see a real ROI from your blog. We have come up with three major ways in which a blog writer can help to make business blogs better.
  1. Content Geared Toward SEO
What separates blog writing from any other type of content writing is that it is done with two audiences in mind. The first is the flesh and blood readers who are searching the internet for information.  The second are the search engines themselves, which can make or break a website depending on ranking. Good blog writing will be designed to appeal to both audiences without alienating either one. For example, a blog writer will use well researched keywords that he/she knows will bring in web traffic.  While using these keywords can help get the attention of web crawlers, if they are used in a way that seems to obvious or out of place within the content of the blog they will lessen the readers respect for the article. The point is to use keywords in a way that seems natural to the reader while at the same time getting the attention of search engines.
  2. Quality, Shareable Content
Like any piece of writing, blogs need to be captivating to the reader. When a blog is well written it creates more respect for your brand in its reader. Having an expert write your blog for you means you will have that type of content that creates admiration for you and your products. Moreover, when the content of a blog is strong, it encourages others outside your site to reblog it or to share it through social media. If your blog has something to offer potential customers, they will appreciate it and market it for you.
  3. Content Tailored to Create Conversions
Another way in which business blog writing is not like other types of writing is that ultimately tries to get the reader to make a purchase or to hire a service. However, unlike other forms of advertising, blogs are not meant to be overtly selling to the reader. Instead, the purpose of a blog is to inform the reader so that they can make an educated decision. The information that a blog provides should be helpful and have value to the reader. In addition to walking the line between sales pitch and news article, a blog writer will also use a method known as a call-to-action at the end of a blog in order to encourage the reader to continue their conversation with your brand, either by leaving a comment, Liking a post on Facebook, or directing them to your online store.

How to get your blog visitors

How to get your blog visitors
allabout4fun.blogspot.com

Evry  Blogger admin want to get visitors for increase there revenew today i'm posting another great post for you .
This is not an easy task and most blogs will never reach this audience, keep that in mind.

Here are my tips on how to attract your initial group of visitors so that you’re not just talking to yourself and set yourself on the way to get   more unique visitors per day.

The tips are split in on-site things you can do on your blog vs off-site things you can do outside the blog
On-site blog traffic tips

    Domain name

Keyword rich and targeted domain name has proven to me to work better than a random domain name or no domain name at all.

If you are serious about getting some visitors from search engines, think of keyword phrases people will type into Google to find what you write about before buying your domain name.

   Quality content most importent

Most of my search traffic comes from phrases like “how to make a blog

Regularly produce valuable content that your target audience wants. Be it entertaining, be it educational, be it text-based, be it videos – whatever makes your audience tick (i.e. makes them read it, engage with it, share it
One quality blog post will mean so much more for your traffic than several unoriginal, reporting blog posts.

For me personally guide on how to install WordPress or design tips on how to make your blog look unique work very well.

     Share buttons

Allow your existing visitors to help you out and spread the word for you.

Include Twitter button, Facebook “Like” button or any other “share” button that is relevant to your audience on each of your blog posts.

Don’t just put 20 random share buttons on the bottom of each of your posts, be selective and think where your target audience is.

I focus on Twitter mostly, but have recently started experimenting more with Facebook and Google+.

    Retain first time visitors

Have prominent subscription options as you want to retain a good percentage of your first time visitors.

This is easiest if they bookmark your blog or subscribe to it in any possible way: email, RSS, Facebook page, Twitter stream.

Consider giving them an incentive to subscribe on top of the quality content. Free ebook or a podcast are some of the incentive options.
Off-site blog traffic tips

    Actively spread the word

Writing quality articles is not enough as visitors do not come automatically.

Go where your audience is and actively spread the word about your work.

Don’t spam but do push your blog indirectly by helping people out, solving their issues and being part of a wider community discussion.

  Twitter search

A tactic I have used very successfully in the early days of my blog was to search Twitter for relevant keywords and phrases.

I used to search for phrases like “start a blog” or “install WordPress” and then interact with all the real people that used those phrases.

I used to spend hours on this daily as it is a great way of getting visitors and spreading the word about yourself.

    Use bigger competitors

Commenting on relevant and high traffic blog posts is another tactics I had success with.

Make sure the post you comment on is relevant to what you do, make sure the post has / will have a lot of visitors and try to be one of the early / top commentators.

Another option is to write guest posts on popular blogs. Many bloggers accept blog posts so it is a nice way to get a good link that will be useful for your search engine rankings.

   Join Stumbleupon

I joined Stumbleupon early on and got my first traffic spikes thanks to it so I recommend this option.

Join it, use it by recommending articles you read and get in touch with other users who “like” relevant content to those you write yourself.

When you have several contacts there, ping them and let them know about the latest post you have written that they may find interesting.
now touch and go to more unique blog visitors daily

Remember that writing quality articles is just a part of your blogging job, promoting your work is just an important aspect of having a successful blog.

A good measurement is to spend half of your time writing and the other half of your blogging time promoting your articles.

It is a touc and go  process so getting a new regular visitor or two everyday will become a good number 2-3-6 months down the line and will get you to the goal of  more unique visitors a day.

How to select a blog name

How to select a blog name

How to select a blog name

Here are easy steps to follow when select blog name.

1.  Must describe your blog

it is probable that lots of people will see a link to your blog before having the chance to actually read it in search engines, for instance. Guess what, if just by looking at the name they can figure what the blog is about they will be more likely to visit your blog.

2.  Easy to remember

suppose your blog talks about beauty salon, fitness and diet  advice in general. Naming it The health and beauty, Fitness and General diet advice blog  would offer quite an exhaustive description of the blog, but would it also be easy to remember? Stick with simple names.

3. .  Equal to the domain name

: this rule is often ignored by people, probably because finding a suitable domain that has not been registered yet is a difficult task. Still if your domain name does not match the blog name you will probably lose some readers along the way. When people visit your blog through a link they will just read the name of the blog. Should they decide to revisit the site a couple of days later they will just type that name followed by a dot com. If they do not find your blog once they hit enter they will just go another way .

Tips To Use Blogger New Crawlers And Indexing Feature Effectively For Improved SEO

This post I'm going to show you how to use blogger new crawlers and indexing feature effectively for improve your blogs SEO.
Before start this guide, I like to briefly explain what robots.txt is. A robots.txt use for provide instructions to different search engine bots to, how to crawl your site contents, etc as well as provide a sitemap. For instance you can remove certain items on search result using this function as well as improve your site SEO.

Important - If you are unsure of any of the steps do not make any edits.

How to create a custom robots.txt on blogger

1) Log-in to your blogger account.
2) Go to your blog.
3) Now go to "Settings>Search Preferences"
4) Under the "Crawlers and indexing" you can find "Custom robots.txt"
5) Click "Edit" link.
Now you can add different Crawler to instructions. This post I added different useful crawl robots.txt codes. First we identify how this code works.

User-agent: *
Disallow: /search
Allow: /

Above code,

User-agent: - Mention crawler name. For instance, Google bot.
Disallow: - Specify which pages should not crawl.
Allow: - Which pages crawl.
/ (slash):- indicate your home page.

Setup instructions for all robots

If you use above code, it will cause duplicate content issues and your site rank will be reduced. So that, you can use the following code. It will allow index and crawl entire blog but, not allow label and search pages.

User-agent: *
Allow: /

Block label and search pages crawling.

If you use above code, it will cause duplicate content issues and your site rank will be reduced. So that, you can use the following code. It will allow entire blog but, not allow crawl label and search pages.
User-agent: *
Disallow: /search
Allow: /

Block certain page (s).

Some reasons, you many need to hide your selected page or pages from the search engines. At that time you can use the following code.
User-agent: *
Disallow: /p/page-one.html
Allow: /

If you need to block more-than one page add their URL one by one on Disallow section like below.

User-agent: *
Disallow: /p/page-one.html
Disallow: /p/page-two.html
Allow: /

Allow all but block specific crawler.

If you want to block single crawler, you can add the following code.

User-agent: <bot name>
Disallow: /

User-agent: Googlebot-News
Disallow:

Setup AdSense crawler instruction.

To improve your Google AdSense performances; you can specify how AdSense bot crawl your site. Actually there is no need to block anything.

User-agent: Mediapartners-Google
Disallow:

Block Images indexing.

If you don't like to see your blog post’s images on the Google search result, you can remove them by using the following code.

User-agent: Googlebot-Image
Disallow: /

If you need to block any-other bot crawl your site, use following code. However you need to add selected bot name in “User-agent:” section.

User-agent: <required crawler name>
Disallow:

User-agent: *
Disallow: /

Adding site map.

Apart from above crawl instructions, you can add a sitemap. Normally blogger default sitemap provides 26 posts. So that you can add correct sitemap using "Custom robots.txt". This is an example of how to add a sitemap.

Sitemap: http://allabout4fun.blogspot.com/atom.xml?redirect=false&start-index=1&max-results=500

Final result demo.

If you need to improve your blog's search engine visibility and crawl entire blog other than labels and search pages using the following code as your robots.txt.

User-agent: Mediapartners-Google
Disallow:

User-agent: *
Disallow: /search
Allow: /

Tips and Tricks For Blogger Robots.txt

0 comments Posted by Unknown on 18:39

Blogger Robots.txt Tips

Seriously, you cannot edit robots.txt in Blogger hosted blogs (a.k.a blogspot). What you can do is manipulate the meta robots tag using Blogger conditional tags. One of the common problems in Blogspot is content duplication, and effective use of meta robots tag can prevent this problem.
But average blogger has almost no knowledge of blogger conditional tags. Although meta robots tag is very easy, blogger conditional tags is not simple. For example, if the following tag:

<META NAME="ROBOTS" CONTENT="NOINDEX, NOFOLLOW">

Will be added to the html source code of blogger template, all blogger posts and archives will have these meta robots tag. In the end, your blog will be completely blocked in the search engines, like an equivalent:

User-agent: *
Disallow: /

Using robotst.xt command.

Rules of preventing duplicate content in Blogger:
First rule: Of course all blogger post and the main page (front page) should be indexable, so it should have:
<META name="ROBOTS" content="INDEX,FOLLOW">
Second rule: The archived page should be placed with noindex and nofollow. Since you are not interested in search engines indexing these type of URLs since they contain just duplicates of the blogger posts.

Create implement blogger conditional tags

Blogger conditional tags are like HTML tags with opening and close tags. For example, if you like the command to work only in the blogger front page or main page, then:

<MainPage> [HTML code here] </Mainpage

For archived page, it will be:

<ArchivePage> [HTML code here] </ArchivePage>

For post URL, it will be:

<ItemPage> [ HTML code here </ItemPage>

So how are you going to formulate the complete syntax that will be able to put meta robots noindex nofollow for archived, but put meta robots index follow for meta robots index follow???
The code is shown below:

<MainPage> <META name="ROBOTS" content="INDEX,FOLLOW"> </Mainpage><ArchivePage> <META name="ROBOTS" content="NOINDEX,NOFOLLOW"> </ArchivePage><ItemPage> <META name="ROBOTS" content="INDEX,FOLLOW"> </ItemPage>

How to go implement the above code

Simply delete the default meta robots tag if there is and replace it with the above code. It should be placed between the … tag. For example:
<head>

<MainPage> <META name="ROBOTS" content="INDEX,FOLLOW"> </Mainpage><ArchivePage> <META name="ROBOTS" content="NOINDEX,NOFOLLOW"> </ArchivePage><ItemPage> <META name="ROBOTS" content="INDEX,FOLLOW"> </ItemPage>
<title>Your title tag<title>
[ THE REST OF THE HEAD HMTL CODE HERE]
</head>

Note .

Very Important Reminder . This Only Works On Blogger Classic Templete Not With New XML Templete

How to Monetizing Your Blog With Out advertising Opportunities

0 comments Posted by Unknown on 21:51

Monetizing Your Blog With Out  advertising Opportunities

Displaying ads on your blog is certainly a simple way to try to generate an income from it. However, ads are not a guaranteed money-maker. For one reason, they are often dependent on the actions of your blog's readers. For another reason, generating a significant amount of money through advertising on your blog is unlikely (possible but unlikely) unless your blog receives a very large amount of traffic each day.

By diversifying your income-generating opportunities, you'll have a greater chance of successfully monetizing your blog. Following are a variety of nonadvertising methods to earn money from your blog.

Ask for Donations:

It can't hurt to ask your readers to donate to your blog. Some of them just might do it. You can add a donation button to your blog through PayPal.

Sell Merchandise:

Many bloggers have success selling branded and non-branded merchandise on their blogs through CafePress.

Sell Your Guest Posting Services:

Most bloggers write guest posts for other blogs for free as a way to promote their own blogs. However, you can also offer your guest posting services for a fee.

Write a Book:

If you've established yourself as an expert in your blog's topic and developed a strong following, you could write a book and either try to have it published or self-publish.

Write and Sell an Ebook:

If your blog has loyal readers then they must like what you have to say. Similarly, if you've established yourself as an expert in your blog's topic, then there is a good chance people will want to read more from you outside of your blog. Leverage that position by writing an ebook and offering it for sale on your blog.

Become a Professional Blogger:

Many blogs and blog networks look for talented and knowledgeable writers to author blogs, and many of those blogging jobs are paying. Apply to blogging jobs to boost your blogging income.

Apply for Other Writing Jobs:

Blogging can help you polish your writing skills, which can help you land other freelance writing jobs online and offline. Transitioning into freelance writing from blogging is not unusual and can be very lucrative.

Become a Public Speaker:

If you've successfully established yourself as an expert in your blog's topic and generated a decent amount of traffic to your blog, you could offer your services as a public speaker at events related to your area of expertise.

Become a Consultant:

If you've established yourself as an expert in your blog's topic, you can offer consulting services to other people or business' who could use the help of your expertise. Alternatively, you could offer consulting services related to developing and writing a successful blog.

The Emoticons Will appear In Both Readers and Author’s Comments!

As you know the yahoo smileys tutorials has one disadvantage and that is that the emoticons appear only in readers comments and can not be displayed in author comments. In order to make the emoticons appear even in Authors comment block then simply replace the code in bolded red colour above (i.e  Author-comment-body ) with the CSS class for blog owners customized comments. If you do not know how to do it then simply share your blog URL and I will let you know what code should you paste instead of Author-comment-body

Four Quick Ways to Improve Any Blog Post

Do your blog posts lack something? Perhaps you’re trying hard, but you never seem to get more than a couple of comments – and you only have a handful of subscribers. The problem is, you don’t have hours to spend on perfecting every post – you’ve got a busy life.
Here are four simple, quick ways to improve any blog post

#1: Add a Great Image

I’m sure you’ve heard this advice time and time again! Most blog posts, particularly longer ones, benefit from at least one great image. You can use images to:

#2: Edit Your Introduction

After the title, the most crucial part of your blog post is the introduction. Your first couple of paragraphs – even your first couple of sentences – have to hook the reader and convince them to read on. Otherwise, there’s not much point you writing the rest of the post!
If you only have a few minutes for editing, spend them on the introduction. Make sure that the first line grabs the reader’s attention (perhaps with a question, or a provocative statement) and that the rest of the introduction clearly sets up the topic of the post.

#3: Add Formatting

However great your writing is, readers aren’t likely to have the patience to read long, unbroken paragraphs online. They want short paragraphs, bullet-pointed lists, bold text and subheadings, which break up your post and make it easier to understand.
By spending just a couple of minutes adding formatting – perhaps putting in subheadings, or finding a few key sentences to highlight with bold text – you make your post much more engaging and easy to read.

#4: Check Your Call to Action

A “call to action” is when you give the reader a specific prompt to do something. Usually, the best place for this is at the end of your post. Your call to action might be:
Leave a comment below and let me know what you think
If you enjoyed these post, please tweet it, or share it on Facebook

Think hard about what actions would be most helpful to you. For instance, if you’re keen to increase readers’ engagement with your blog, ask them to comment; if you want more traffic, ask them to share your post on social media.

The Secret Ingredient to a Successful Blog

If you’ve been blogging for any amount of time, you’ve heard that content is king. You’ve been told that everything else—design, SEO, in and outbound links—those things are a bonus, but the real thing you need to focus on is your content.

And it’s true, content is king, because even an SEO-optimized blog with a beautiful, user-friendly design and a parade of in and outbound links will fail without great content.

But although content is important, there’s something more—something that only you can bring to the table, something that only you have to offer that will really make your blog shine. A secret ingredient that will make your blog unforgettable.

You.

Your voice matters

The fact is, if you’re looking to build your blog on completely unique content, you’re going to run out of ideas very quickly. Chances are anything you want to talk about has already been covered by at least a dozen other bloggers, and it’s not because you’re unoriginal or a terribly unimaginative person—it’s just because there are only so many things to talk about.

The question you need to ask yourself is: what keeps readers coming back to your blog, when they could go elsewhere for the same information?

Can you guess what the answer is? I’m talking about that secret ingredient again. Your voice, your take, your worldview—those are the things that make you memorable. Those are the things that make you stand out in an ocean of blogs.

You have a gift

You have something priceless, a gift that you were born with, a gift often taken for granted: no one can think or speak or write the way you do. The way you put words on the page, how you interpret the world—those are treasures that can’t be taken away from you, treasures you should cherish.

Maybe you’re like me and you write about writing. Guess what?—there are hundreds of writing blogs out there. But there’s only one you.

Maybe you blog about technology, or education, or sports—it doesn’t matter what niche you’re in or what you’re writing about, what matters is you.

Take a look at the last few blog posts you wrote and read them aloud. Do they sound and feel like you, or could anyone have written them? If the answer is the latter, then you’re missing out on a huge opportunity—you’re forgetting to be you.

Yes, content is king. Without something interesting to talk about, your readers won’t come—but without inserting yourself in your content, without weaving in your thoughts, your opinions, your voice into your blog, your readers won’t remember you. They’ll go to another blog with the same content and a better voice.
