Ingredients
milk...................2- cupsugar/cream..............1- cup
eggs ( separated ) .........2
custard powder/ gelatin powder ......1- tbsp each
mango pulp .................1- 1/2 cup
water .........................1/4 cup
This is what you do
dissolve gelatin in water, and heat; mix custard, milk and sugar, mixwith egg yolk, cook on low heat, until it gets thick, add gelatin and mix well and cool;Beat whites, cream separately, till get stiff. Mix well lightly, put in a greased dish, set in a fridge 75 minutes; Turn up - side serve with mango cubes/ cream.
