ENT- Ear, Nose and Throat

They form the major part of our five sensory organs and develop a link between us and our environment. Without them we will not be able to understand our surroundings and perform our day to day work, properly. Hence, we need to maintain them in the best condition and help then work properly, free from health problems.

Ear Ailments
There are various types of ailments related to ears which show up during the lifetime of many humans like:
- Ear Wax
- Balance Disorders
- Tinnitus
- Nerve Pain
- Earaches
Nose Ailments
- Rhinosinustis
- Nosebleeds
- Post Nasal Drip
- Headaches due to Sinus
This is another important part of human body. It does two important functions, namely swallowing of food and generation of sound with the help of vocal cord which help in talking. Both, nose and mouth opens at the throat region. Throat is the only part of the body which helps human to interact (vocal cord) with each other.
Throat Ailments
- Sore Throat
- Laryngitis
- There is a minute duct present in between ear and throat. It helps to balance the air pressure in ear. During any situation where there is a sudden hike in surrounding air pressure, it is suggested to hold a pencil or wood between the jaws so that the pressure developed inside the ear get balanced by the air in the mouth.
- During respiration, air must always be inhaled through nose, than mouth to get a fresh air after it gets filtered inside the nasal chamber.
- The surface of the tongue gets white scales only if the stomach trouble exists.
