There is a mysterious play about royalty that has had London audiences mystified- the William Shakespeare play, Richard III. This play will have your jaw dropping right off. Audiences who have watched it have been stunned at the strange plot that shows how Richard III manipulates individuals with his charm and yet at the same time gets them to do exactly what he wants and when he is finished he discards them like they were nothing but trash. It is difficult to figure out how and why they manage to do whatever he asks so freely knowing he has done hurtful and cruel things to them. This man brings a new meaning to the word difficult. The audience in London finds Richard III simply impossible to understand on the one hand, and on the other you find yourself, like many others, feeling sorry for him. Either way you see Richard III, his character will engross you completely in whatever deceitful plan he is conjuring up next.

If you need to plan a special evening then you may want to plan a royal evening for yourself and a loved one by dressing up in your tux and tails and put on that beautiful sparkling evening dress or gown you have in the back of the closet. Come on out in style and dine in one of the many restaurants for a bit of supper. Then take in a show at one of the famous theatres like Prince Edward or The Globe. Anytime you go out and about at the West End of London’s vintage Theatreland is an event in itself. You instantly feel like it is the late 1500s, almost as if you have stepped back in time, and the atmosphere is filled with the warm breeze and air that makes the evening spectacular.

When you go inside any of the famous theatres such as Prince Edward with its elegant and graceful décor, you are sure to feel like an heir to royalty the moment your foot hits the red carpet. Or perhaps, if it is a warm evening you can take in a show at The Globe. Shakespeare already had this design and the audience in London in mind when he began writing his plays for this open roof theatre at The Globe. You can see that the mystery is all around you with its design and layout yet is it sophisticated and elegant for even the most important diplomats and royalty. An evening there will certainly be special.

Be entertained by this interesting play. Be drawn into Richard III’s character and watch him move and manipulate the other characters to his advantage. You will not know how to feel about him but and the mystery deep within hi but the one thing I am sure of is that you will definitely find him interesting –either in a good way or a bad way he will have you second guessing his every move. But, once he shows his real intentions you will know immediately you are not watching an amateur in this game of concurring of the throne.
