Handi Chargha
Ingredients
Cooking oil a littile
vinegar 1- 1/4 cup
Ginger 1- tsp
Garlic 1- tsp
Curry powder 1- tsp
Chilly powder 1- tsp
Salt To taste
Pepper ( black ) 1- tsp
Curd 3/4 - cup
Orange ( for color 1/4 - tsp
This is What you do
Make cuts on chicken with knife, marinate with salt and ginger overnight.Drain water, marinate with remaning ingredients for 2- hours.
Cook In Handi until water dries out, deep fry and sprinkle cahht masala ( sour spice )
