Fire and Blood: The Perfect Shot Glass

Posted by Admin on 02:49
I recently had the opportunity to test and review a new shot glass, the Blood and Fire shot glass from Barker Labs. What follows is based on my experience with this product.
The first thing I noticed when I got the glass in the mail was how well it was packaged. There was no chancing this showing up broken, and that's something I can really appreciate. Since this would make such a wonderful gift to someone, especially a fantasy or Harry Potter fan, it is vital that it shows up unbroken the first time around so that if it is a gift, it doesn't have to be a late gift.

Upon opening the package I removed the small glass and held it for a minute. It is very light and not as heavy as some of my other shot glasses. At the same time, it isn't plastic-light. You can tell it's made well, but it isn't made of extra thick glass or materials that aren't necessarily needed. I can appreciate that too, since this inevitably makes it more affordable and probably more environmentally friendly.

The dragon and the writing on the front of the glass are beautifully done in dark writing so that the design will show up even when light liquors are poured into it. This looks amazing when used for flaming beverages especially. Personally I love the dragon design, and it feels like it would not scratch off easily. The company says it is dishwasher safe and that they have tested it to make sure it will last.

I received a free sample for evaluation purposes and have provided only truthful and unbiased thoughts about the product.
